Please send Steve DiLeonardo an e-mail if you are interested in participating in a wreath laying ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery on Saturday, Dec 10th.  This event is sponsored and organized by Wreaths Across America and is a great way to honor and say thanks to our veterans.  The motorcycle led escort of the 18-wheelers carrying the wreaths left Maine this past Sunday and will arrive at Arlington National Cemetery at 7:00 A.M. on Saturday.  The Opening Ceremony starts at 8:30 A.M at the Memorial Amphitheater near the Tomb of the Unknowns.  The plan is to assemble at 7:15 A.M. at the north entrance to the Vienna Metro.  We’ll get off at the Rosslyn stop (Orange Line) and take the short walk over to the pedestrian gates.  The weather forecast is sunny but cold so plan to dress accordingly.
